Refund policy

General Return Information

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us first at admin@airblades.net. Do not send your purchase back without authorisation. Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase with your initial contact.

Print-On-Demand Products

Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, returns for these items are only accepted if they are defective. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Please email us with details and photos of the product issue. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Paddle Products

Paddle products can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are in unused and original condition. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty also covers defects in materials and workmanship, as well as faults from normal use throughout the life of the product.

Exceptions

  • Custom printed products are not returnable except in cases of defects (in case of defects with custom-printed products, you will receive another product free of charge). 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Shipping

To return your product, please contact us to understand if it should be returned to our warehouses in the U.S. or Australia. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Additional Notes

  • Products returned due to buyer’s remorse or incorrect size orders are handled at our discretion.
  • For returns due to shipping address errors or unclaimed shipments, the responsibility lies with the customer.
  • Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.
